Chilquinta Energ\u00eda and Open Intelligence are proud to announce that they will be presenting a success story at CS Week 2019. The story will focus on how Chilquinta<\/a>, a subsidiary of the Sempra Energy group, created a multi-channel customer service model using a holistic CIS solution provided by Open.<\/h2>\n

CS Week is the premier customer service conference for utilities in North America, this year it will run from April 8th to 12th in Phoenix, Arizona. Chilquinta Energ\u00eda is conducting a session at the conference called \u201cCreating a Multi-Channel Service Hub Model with your CIS\u201d, in which the company will share its digital transformation strategy and how it successfully overcame energy industry challenges.<\/p>\n

Chilquinta will also address the main challenges it had to overcome to diversify its commercial offerings and the way its customer service model evolved during its digital transformation process. The presenters will discuss why the company chose Smartflex and why they believe the adoption of a single, holistic CIS is more effective than the typical industry practice of installing and integrating a complex web of technological solutions.<\/p>\n
