Petroper\u00fa, a state-owned company that distributes domestic services to southern Peru, will manage its business processes under the cloud operation model of Smartflex, Open Intelligence’s software solution.<\/h2>\n

Open Intelligence is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Petroper\u00fa<\/a>, a Peruvian company in charge of the interim administration of the Concession of the Natural Gas Distribution System by Pipeline Network of the Southwest Concession, in the cities of Arequipa,  Moquegua, Ilo and Tacna, to support its billing<\/a>, collection, sales and customer service processes with Smartflex.<\/p>\n

In this regard, Irene Cueva, Head of Customer Service and Systems of Petroper\u00fa’s Natural Gas Management, commented,<\/p>\n

“We opted for the deployment of Smartflex under an IaaS model because we believe that Open offers us the necessary support to venture into the cloud successfully, guaranteeing the technological evolution of the solution and, of course, compliance with required service levels.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

With Smartflex, Petroper\u00fa will be able to take advantage of a software solution that will allow it to unify the commercial and operational management of its three service areas in a single system<\/a>, thereby enabling a 360\u00b0 view of its customers, as well as online information, updated in real-time and with 24\/7 availability.<\/p>\n
