This year\u2019s FMEA Energy Connections Conference and Trade Show will take place on November 2-3, 2022 in Orlando, FL, where industry experts will meet up for two days of discussions and presentations about the energy utility space. Open Intelligence is excited to announce that this year they will be returning to FMEA\u2019s Energy Connections Conference and Trade Show to meet up with other key players in the industry. Along with their sponsorship, Open plans to bring in two speakers, who will present\u00a0how utilities can evolve their customer engagement strategies and how technologies like chatbots can help them achieve that<\/a>.
