Miami, July 2024. The leading company in specialized solutions for utility companies, Open Intelligence, announced the launch of Release 49 of Smartflex Version 8, the latest generation of its technological solution. This new release includes significant improvements and new functionalities in key customer service and technological infrastructure management processes.<\/p>

Regarding the most notable advancements in this version, Juan Corredor explains, “We have evolved Smartflex\u2019s self-service functionalities, improving the usability of our self-management portal to help our clients’ users have a smooth and personalized experience with their utility company”.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Additionally, with this release, utility company employees will have access to more key data on a single screen, advanced filters to expedite information search and retrieval, greater autonomy to carry out procedures, and the option to configure notifications for their customers,through various channels.<\/p>

This new release empowers companies to better advise their users by enhancing the visualization of payment agreements. It enables quick access to crucial information, including agreement history, payment conditions, projected installments, and suspension dates.Furthermore, it includes new functionalities that efficiently extract data by incorporating options to filter, sort, and export data sets to files that facilitate organization, helping these companies make data-driven decisions.<\/p>

Regarding the improvements in this release, Open\u2019s CTO comments, “With Release 49, our customers can now integrate Smartflex with other systems easily. They can now automatically publish APIs to integrate Smartflex with other applications securely. Through a new integration configuration screen, Smartflex can export the integration elements and synchronize them to the integration server automatically, ensuring the availability of the services. In addition, we’ve improved integration security integrations by implementing authentication with Oauth 2.0 or API Key,\u00a0 guaranteeing greater control over service access\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>

With Release 49 of Smartflex Version 8, Open reaffirms its commitment to its clients by providing them with tools that keep them at the technological and market forefront.
