In 2024, Open Intelligence delivered 119 new features to its customers across four releases, designed to effectively address the evolving needs of users. This year, we started January by announcing the launch of Release 51 of Smartflex V8, which offers enhancements that boost operational efficiency, optimize the customer experience, and strengthen security, enabling organizations to remain competitive in a constantly evolving digital landscape.

Miami, January 2025 — In a market where innovation is key, utility companies need to adopt continuous upgrade strategies to better position themselves to tackle technological challenges and ensure competitiveness. According to Gartner, organizations that implement technology solutions with automated, continuous updates experience 25% faster revenue growth compared to competitors who do not. Aware of this reality, Open has developed a continuous upgrade strategy in Smartflex version 8. This approach ensures that companies can benefit from the latest technological innovations without disruptions to their operations, allowing for a seamless transition to each new release.
