Open Intelligence returns to FMEA’s Energy Connections Conference to discuss how utilities can take their customer engagement strategies to the next level

This year’s FMEA Energy Connections Conference and Trade Show will take place on November 2-3, 2022 in Orlando, FL, where industry experts will meet up for two days of discussions and presentations about the energy utility space. During the conference, Open Intelligence will talk about how utilities can incorporate advanced technologies to enhance their customer satisfaction.

Open Intelligence is excited to announce that this year they will be returning to FMEA’s Energy Connections Conference and Trade Show to meet up with other key players in the industry. Along with their sponsorship, Open plans to bring in two speakers, who will present how utilities can evolve their customer engagement strategies and how technologies like chatbots can help them achieve that. The presentation will take place on November 3 at 10 am.

Speakers, Juan Corredor, Open’s CTO, and Industry Consultant, Felipe Corredor, will jump into the history of customer engagement and how it has evolved over time. They will then explain what benefits come with including innovative technologies such as AI and chatbots into your business and how you can leverage them to truly boost overall utility customer care. Lastly, the duo will showcase how a digital Utility could implement an omnichannel strategy using the company’s modern CIS solution, Smartflex, which comes equipped with a powerful chatbot and allows utilities to improve their omnichannel strategies and increase customer engagement.

About returning to the event, Felipe says:

“We’re glad to have the opportunity to come back to FMEA’s Energy Connections Conference this year to continue our conversation on how new emerging technologies can truly enhance the customer experience of the utility industry. We can’t wait to see old and new faces at this fantastic event and to be able to share everything we know about creating exceptional experiences for your customers”.
