Open International and Efigas will unveil their digital transformation story at the TMG Utility Forum

Open International is excited to join this year’s TMG Utility Forum alongside their client, Efigas, a leading gas company who serves more than 600,000 customers, to talk about how they were able to improve their customer experience with the help of Smartflex, a holistic CIS solution. During the presentation, which will be held on October 12 at 4:15 pm EST, Open and Efigas will go in-depth into the strategy that made the project so successful and how the company has continued to benefit from an 8-year long partnership.

During the presentation, Eduardo Alzate, CFO of Efigas, will explain what challenges the company, wanted to address at the beginning of their digital transformation journey and how they were able to overcome them using cloud technologies. The key takeaways from this joint session will be to:
