Open International is pleased to announce a partnership with Milestone Utility Services, Inc., a leading provider of implementation services for utility billing and CIS solutions in North America.
Milestone’s seasoned technical, functional and financial experts have helped U.S. and Canadian electric, gas and water complete end-to-end CIS upgrades, data migration projects, business process optimizations, application maintenance, technology upgrades, and other solution delivery services since 2002. The partnership will result in a world-class combination of Open and Milestone professional services teams to deploy the Open Smartflex CIS and Field Service solutions.

Open is now extending its footprint into the North American market, offering a fresh, alternative solution to U.S. and Canadian utilities.
